I had been receiving calls and emails from Britt about the housing market for a few years. When I decided to move to be. Loser to my family, I contacted Britt to list my house. He was very knowledgeable about the area, and everything that goes with selling/buying houses. He gave me referrals for repairs required on my house, assisted me in finding a new house, referred me to a great company for financing. In 2012 I retired from the Mami-Dade County Aviation Department, after 30 years of service. We moved to Cape Coral, Florida for a slower pace and a home on the water. Twelve years later, we found the pace of life had picked up considerably. Taxes, insurance, and the general cost of living had skyrocketed, as did the traffic and congestion, in general. Eventually, we sold our Florida home, packed our belongings and moved up to Prattville. Two days later we found our perfect house, closed without a hitch and now we’re beginning the next stage of our lives in Prattville, Alabama! Britt handled everything. Took us step by step through the whole process and made the complicated parts very easy. Overall, the purchase and closing was a breeze. He even worked with our realtor in Florida to transfer our proceeds from Florida to the title company here in Montgomery.
